Saturday, October 21, 2017 - Needed at least 3 hrs to get this youngster settled down and into a good drinking spot. Once it was there, was wishing I had a ribeye and some rich au gratin potatoes to enjoy it with. Certainly think this has higher score potential in a year or two, although my palet may have been a bit skewed as we drank this next to a vertical of Auteur Pinot Noirs, various domestic and non-domestic whites and red italians, so needless to say, an obvious outlayer amongst the mixed company.
