Friday, October 27, 2017 - Some Wine Tasted at the Zachys Auction; 10/27/2017-10/28/2017 (Charlie Palmer Steak - Washington, DC): Cross-section of rich apple aromas and flavors with some baked apple. Good length, very good balance. Roulot personified, with the reduction entirely dissipated. Very good now.
