Friday, November 17, 2017 - This is my second bottle of this in a couple of weeks. Both bottles have been 'off' bottles. Tight fisted aromas. On the palate both bottles have had sour cherry notes with little of the polish and silkiness that was present in a bottle consumed three years ago.

I am starting to think this wine is from young vines as the concentration is not there. Perhaps in a dumb phase, but I'm suspicious that is the case. Stored in a temp and humidity controlled environment since release.

11/21/2017 11:38:00 AM - I have had terrible experiences with most of my purchases of Louis Latour wines. My sense is they are just too big and quality control is non-existent.
I reached out to them about this and never received a response. I've decided to simply stay away as there are plenty of other producers not to mention more reputable larger negociants.
