Saturday, December 9, 2017 - Yellow apples, lemon, sea weed and stylish oak. Concentrated and rich with very high acidity. Like a mix between the power and richness from a Meursault with the freshness and acidity from Chablis. Very nice today, but will probably be amazing in a few years time.
