Friday, December 29, 2017 - Very similar to my previous note from August 2016, the development is limited, except for the decidedly more open fruit expression on the nose. Other than that, it continues to be a beautifully precise expression of terroir and vintage, with its cool and mineral core on the one hand and tension between fresh fruit and vibrant acidity on the other. Would need more complexity for a higher score. Completely ready, drink now - 2020.
