Wednesday, January 3, 2018 - Initially disappointing for the producer and price (thinnish, stemmy and sour finish). With time and food, it fleshed out (very Burgundian in a positive way) to be a very decent PN. Savory, with red berry fruit but not fruit forward, good dusty, boysenberry finish. I'd drink it now with some air.
