Saturday, January 27, 2018 - Light medium red. Very nice red berry fruit backed by some nice earthiness. Later the nose develops some really nice Burgundian style poop. The nose keeps getting better over the next hour or so. Delicious dry berry and herb flavours and a earthy dry finish.
