Thursday, January 25, 2018 - Yet another Bordeaux Blanc that disappointed. This one only slightly oxidized and bitter. At time of release, October 2011, Wine Advocate quoted as saying, " It should drink well for 15-20 years." Stored in dark, temperature-controlled cellar. Did this wine cook in a container dock-side?
The wine looks yellow gold colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. The body is light/medium. The wine has angular texture. The wine finishes short. The wine has low acidity.
