Friday, February 2, 2018 - A captivating aroma of rose petals, cherry, tobacco and spice. Much the same on the palate and very open after an hour and a half in a decanter. Impressive now and miles to go. Exceptional pairing with the wife's Bolognese pasta. After trying it in a restaurant several weeks ago we loaded up. So glad we did.
