Thursday, February 8, 2018 - Vitis Polaris Burgundytasting; 2/8/2018-2/9/2018 (Bodøgaard Galleri): Relatively dark red, transparent. Nose with dried berries, peppermix and some iron. Cool, elegant fruit, while the wine is experienced as massive. Long with great structure. Berries and acid. A great experience. WOTN
