Friday, February 9, 2018 - Picked this out for a pad Thai dinner and it paired quite well.

-Color: a pale gold
-Body: appears to be a medium- body, medium body on the palate
-Aroma: lemon and lime zest with a crisp minerality and an edge of Kaffir lime leaf with white pepper heat
-Palate: medium to medium high acidity with lime and lemon zest with just a little lemon pith and a spice centric lingering finish.
