Thursday, February 15, 2018 - Brought back from Paris in 2011 and has been sitting in the cellar since. Decanted for an hour before tasting. Incredible. Complex, Perfumed, and Rich. Bright in the glass without a hint of bricking. Surprising for the amount of time in the cellar and the sediment at the bottom of the bottle. Drank over two days. Would love to have another bottle in 5 and 10 years.
