Thursday, February 22, 2018 - Everything as expected. This is drinking well now. Integrated, calm and brooding. Hints of dark fruit, but nothing overpowering. White pepper somewhat pronounced, hints of leather and some lingering smokiness. Drank over 3 days, and clearly improved over that period. Best on day 3! Can drink now or hold a long time.
