Friday, February 23, 2018 - Clear dark ruby red, medium depth of colour, alcohol curtain evident.
Sweet fruity nose, berries, blackcurrant - Ribena, mint, complex and alluring
Dry, full bodied, nicely balanced and well structured. Mild acid, mild and delicate tannins, subtle berry characters with complex spice. Classy, restrained. Good length. Smoky savoury oak overtones. Complex, interesting. Warm finish but not fiery.
