Sunday, February 25, 2018 - Uncorked and allowed to slow ox for 45 mins, then followed over 3 hours. Bright red and blue fruit on the nose along with astringent/rubbing alcohol. Pleasing mouthfeel is on the watery side but has lots of blue and blackberry flavors. Medium-to-soft tannins are better than expected for the vintage, but indicate that this should be consumed in the coming year to ensure that the wine has sufficient structure when drinking.
