Thursday, March 1, 2018 - Aromas of barely ripe nectarine/peach, lime, wet stone, herbs/grass, on the ascetic side but nonetheless attractive. Similar flavors, almost completely dry, with good doses of citrusy acidity and stony minerality. A touch of spritz, which works well. Tasty, refreshing, with plenty of typicity, and a good value.
