Community Tasting Note

GoBlue2002 Does not like this wine:

Wednesday, March 7, 2018 - Over the hill, although the cork was well preserved under the wax and came out without issue with an Ah-So.
Recently purchased on the secondary market, this simply lacked fruit and was boring.
A dominant green olive note and high acidity. My last of the bunch of aged Pax I've purchased, and the consistent theme is inconsistency. Some bottles aged well, whereas many did not.
