Glass: Schott Zwiesel red wine
Bone dry, completely driven by mineral notes and herbs, some ripe fruit in the background. Very lean, focused and precise. Lots of salty mineral notes, great length. Not for everyone, but I really like it. Only 10% abv. 90+
