Saturday, March 10, 2018 - Another Saturday at Chevalier...Mostly Blind (Chicago, IL): Served double blind to the tasting group. Half thought this Burgundy, which surprised me, but it clearly shows graceful aging, which isn't the hallmark of most US Pinot, Rich black and red cherry with very good overall balance and enough structure to keep it bright, fresh and long. Well done.
