It reminds me a bit of the NV Bereche Brut Reserve, but with better integrated dosage (even though this is 7g/L) and stronger base material. The Bereche BR was rather beautiful circa 2010-2012 but I've noticed a real decline in quantity in recent years. I'm guessing the amount of purchased fruit was increased. But back to this wine: very good, and very happy to have a tasty, well-priced Savart option in the cellar.
