Wednesday, March 28, 2018 - Excellent bottle. 10+ years on, you really see how good 2007 was in Napa. The flavors are deep and dense, with layers of dark fruit and subtle spice. This is so clearly a To Kalon Cab (even though the label didn’t say it back then) and is just gorgeous. I bought a ton of ‘07 Napa wine and drank it way too early...
