Saturday, March 31, 2018 - Cellaraid Grand Tasting and Burgundy Dinner (La Pepa): medium ruby; some good acids, tannins rounded, medium bodied, very complex, fairly long, evolved over time; raspberry, tomato, grass, cedar, earthy, forest floor, brine; excellent!
