Thursday, April 5, 2018 - A rather neutral wine. Pristine Diam closure. Not much nose, a bit of apple. Quite clean with a decent finish. As noted minerality over acid. Pleasant enough but not worth seeking out in this price range. Nice with sea bass. A white Bordeaux or Hunter semillion probably more interesting.
