Saturday, April 7, 2018 - Light-medium salmon pink in color. Full, fragrant & aromatic nose of ripe fruit aromas of fresh strawberries, watermelon & cherries with overtones of floral notes of roses, minerals & spices. Light bodied with a very good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, zesty, ripe fruit flavors of fresh strawberries, apples & citrus notes of lemons & limes, spices & minerals. Lingering dry finish. Drinks quite well at present although this one might develop more complexity with another year of additional aging. An indicative blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc & Petit Verdot. An absolutely wonderful & enjoyable Rose.
