Tuesday, April 17, 2018 - Coravin fun - Cornas and Bordeaux (My place, Kent Street): From Coravin. Ripe plum, black cherry, polished oak, sweet spice and slight balsamic. On the palate it's juicy, with ripe though not overripe black fruits, tannins are integrated and this is in better balance than I remember it being last time. For me it's entering it's window; it is still very primary.
