Monday, May 7, 2018 - Blind tasting. Brief note. Nose and palate show quite aromatic notes of baking spice, savory herbs, lavendar, underbrush, a rush of tart red fruit and a grapey/carbonic note followed by crushed granite. The midpalate on this was much more filled out than the Sandlands with solid red fruits and good weight that make this a more serious wine that also had more structure. Long finish with mouth puckering acidity. Delicious
