Tuesday, May 22, 2018 - Light greenish yellow color. In the nose, this is a bit shy at the moment, very subtle and detailed and not showy at all. Pure understatement. Green apple, lemon, white flowers, oyster shell and sea breeze - very typical Chablis aromatics. In the mouth, it's very detailed, fairly light, fresh acidity, great minerality, light as a feather, but with good substance. A wine you could easily mistaken for being not substantial enough, but it is.
