The atlantic ocean in your glas, nothing more nothing less, a limy nose like seldom before, on the palate very fresh chalky grip, just nearly no fruit, maybe some zesty lemon in the background, light body, like a wine from the champagne B de B without dosage, good balance , really refreshing the palate, long, zesty finish, still some more life ahead, **(*-****?), around 91- 93(+) potential
Last Third of this bottle 48 hours later: fully blossomed now! What a creamy, stony, chalky persistent long+ showing, great now!

Fine Wines SG - Meursault vs the World BYOB (Fine Wines SG): There’s a certain bready, wet sweaty socks feel on the nose, and a bit of lemon candy. On the palate, lemons, nectarine, and interestingly some onion and celery. Very heightened acid as well, and a fair bit of alcohol burn. The wheaty and briny feel pushes on to the back and finish, as it tapers off with lemons for the finish

Light greenish yellow color. In the nose, this is a bit shy at the moment, very subtle and detailed and not showy at all. Pure understatement. Green apple, lemon, white flowers, oyster shell and sea breeze - very typical Chablis aromatics. In the mouth, it's very detailed, fairly light, fresh acidity, great minerality, light as a feather, but with good substance. A wine you could easily mistaken for being not substantial enough, but it is.

Wow, the white cliffs of Dover on the nose, this one is all about strong chalky minerality, way too young, a little unharmonic, salty with lemon zest, black pepper, long finish, but needs a lot more time, aproximately 5+ years, *(**-****-?), 91+ potential
