Friday, May 18, 2018 - This is a very good wine! It was not decanted, so it was initially tight. About 30 minutes into dinner, it really became expressive on the nose and the palate - cherry and floral on the nose, red fruit dominated with healthy (and appropriate) doses of minerality, acidity and terroir, and a lovely finish.
We enjoyed this wine at Chez Fonfon in Birmingham - very good food, great service and a lovely bottle of wine.
