It is still very dark in color, and the palate shows direct and deep black cherry fruit on a resolved palate that is both silky and dry. I brought this to pair with Dungan food at Lagman House in Brighton Beach, Brooklyn, with Neil, Bruce, Alex and Noa. Bottle 4 or 4 and delightful with Central Asian Muslim food.
