Tuesday, July 24, 2018 - A bit different than the last bottle in 11/17. The more intense grapefruit pith quality has calmed down, and a more white peach, white flower quality is coming out on the nose, with a hint of hazelnut on the palate, which is really cool. This isn't a white to age for 10 years but this will clearly develop in a positive direction over 5.
