Tuesday, July 31, 2018 - no SO2 and reading the harvest report the producer sounded pretty smitten with the 17 Bianco. Remind me a little of Ostatu Blanco. Nose mainly about this forward fruitiness and floraity that's echoed on palate also, ripe and hints at tropical fruit. Tense and saline. Most impressive on day one where it tastes like carrying so little weight but so much genuine extract and density. 89-90
