Friday, September 7, 2018 - Medium ruby. Black fruit. Pretty hefty for Nebbiolo, not overly ripe, but unusual flavors of olive and a real chocolatey richness. The most typical thing about it was the zingy acid. A mouthful to be sure, but not what I'm looking for from Nebbiolo.
