Nose: Clean, with medium (+) intensity aromas of black fruit of blackberry and plum, red fruit of dark cherries and raspberry, animal notes of leather and meaty, oak notes of cedar, maturity notes of gamey. The wine is fully developed.
Palate: Dry with medium (-) acidity, the wine has medium (+) tannin of ripe and velvety texture, medium (+) alcohol, medium body and medium (+) intensity flavors of black fruit of blackberry, red fruit of raspberry and cherries, oak notes of vanilla, maturity notes of savory, animal notes of leather, kernel notes of chocolate. Conclusion: Very good quality Barbera with an intense nose showing great complexity from primary to tertiary aromas, the wine is vibrant despite its age, full of energy and lively, with good structure and elegance. The palate has good concentration and a fairly long finish. It is ready to drink now and can maintain for another 3-5 years.
