Wednesday, October 10, 2018 - Very impressive quality, and just delicious with the right amount of sweetness. This goes down quickly, it's eminently quaffable and delicious, but it's by no means simple. Went fabulously well with diverse appetizers: smoked swordfish, frog legs, and a potato croquette with chorizo. Couldn't ask for more from a NV BdB, superb.
