Sunday, October 14, 2018 - Pale lemon color. Nicely aromatic - notes throughout of lemon zest, oyster shell, wet rock, honeysuckle blossoms, spices and white pepper. Tightly wound on the palate, citrus fruit and dense secondary depth consistent with the nose. Brisk acid well rounded, fine and pointed structure. As the wine gets air and warms in the glass, some tropical and lees notes emerge. Finishes dry with crisp fruit and mineral notes, good depth.
