  Epanoui, il offre un beau nez de chablis lacté/beurré et iodé, citronné, somme toute très classique mais net et flamboyant.
  En bouche, sa fine rondeur due à l'âge se voit contrebalancée par une belle pression saline en finale, il titille les muqueuses avec sa tension minérale: un vrai plaisir ce côté aigiuisé! On sent qu'il a du coffre, du poivre blanc emmerge, les notes citronnées rafraichissent, et à la toute fin, il laisse un gout iodé, de coquillage. Chablis quoi! Avec peut-être une sensation de SO2 légèrement marquée dira mon acolyte, pas faux!

  Might be a tad young, but has the stuff to age well. Great vintage. Acid and mineral for days.

  Textbook Chablis. Good bang for the buck. Enjoyed it at the tail end of the night.

  What a lovely Chablis. Surprise of the night; not because we didn’t know it would be good, but because we didn’t know it would be this good. What a value. Loads of minerality. Needs more time, but decanted well and you could sense the goodness there. Classic Chablis nose and palate. Some oak there but really balanced everything out. Seek this out and put some back several more years. I love the 2014’s

  Pale lemon color. Nicely aromatic - notes throughout of lemon zest, oyster shell, wet rock, honeysuckle blossoms, spices and white pepper. Tightly wound on the palate, citrus fruit and dense secondary depth consistent with the nose. Brisk acid well rounded, fine and pointed structure. As the wine gets air and warms in the glass, some tropical and lees notes emerge. Finishes dry with crisp fruit and mineral notes, good depth.
