Wednesday, November 7, 2018 - Medium red plus color. Double decanted. Drank a small glass over an hour. Very nice nose, evolves over 30 minutes, dried earth, dusty, dried cherry, dried red plum, pipe tobacco, tobacco leaf, and then this really develops a floral perfume of roses and oregano. The palate is lighter medium bodied, nice acid, tart cherry, tart raspberry, earth, tobacco, tangy. Very good right now. Can go a couple years longer.
