Wednesday, October 10, 2018 - Popped and poured; consumed over five hours. Initially served too cold, as time and temperature increased this became more expressive. On the nose, it’s pineapple, squishy tropical fruit, and fresh gasoline. On the palate it’s tropical fruit and minerals. Long-ish finish. I think this will benefit from time.
