Wednesday, November 21, 2018 - Coravin’d a double to try as I prep for Thanksgiving. Given the age & some WS not lasting this long, I hoped for a moderate quaffer—-but this was amazing! Bright faded red fruit, crisp acids & earthy leather, touch of musk. I will enjoy the rest with my turkey tomorrow. I would guess it is just past its prime, so enjoy if you have some left.
