Saturday, November 24, 2018 - A nose of lemon, green apple and pear. Just a hint of yeast, but this is primarily mineral driven. Candied lemon on the finish, adding a sweetness that is offset by some bitterness. Excellent value. Will be interesting to see how/if it develops.
