Tuesday, November 27, 2018 - Highly structured and acidic, fruit hiding behind the structure. Not very expressive and quite angular at this stage. I’ve really enjoyed this bottling over the years, but this is the least expressive young example I’ve tried. Give this some time to soften. Should improve.
