Tuesday, December 11, 2018 - Well, after coincidentally drinking the previous two bottles on 10/11/16 and 11/11/17, I had to try to drink my last one tonight and amazingly succeeded in that endeavor, so here we are.

Still pretty dense coloring, with purplish ruby edges. Aromas of dark fruits, violets, graphite, fennel, and dried spices. Medium body, medium(+) acid, and long, spicy finish, with flavors of tart black fruits like black raspberry, lemon, and minerals. Worked well with a vegetarian lentil chili tonight and drinking well now and I'd imagine for at least a few more years.
