Saturday, December 22, 2018 - Yellow colour, good mousse - appealing appearance

Yellow Apples, typical pinot nose. Quite young and undeveloped

Quite rich with some sweetness from the dosage, Yellow Apples dominating the finish,

A good value for money champagne , maybe not the most refined sample from Ay, but overall very satisfying
