Sunday, December 30, 2018 - Drank 2nd within a 95-97 vertical tasting during a Cantonese lunch at Jade Palace. Opted for PnP - in retrospect may have benefited from brief airing and removal from the ice bucket a bit sooner. But it did open up a bit in the glass - has matured well and was very enjoyable. Fine bead (as expected)
