Thursday, January 3, 2019 - Very well balanced, non-linear (not a Grenache-or fruit-bomb) and delightful. However, I found it did need a double aeration to coax it and if guessing correctly will peak in 23 more years. That said, a nice slight break from traditional CdPs, well done Mr. Sabon. Cheers.
