Saturday, January 19, 2019 - Pale Straw yellow. Nose of pineapple and citrus (mostly lemon and lime). Taste is very similar but with notes of dry quarry rock and some honeysuckle. Lime and hay dominate the finish. Medium plus body and very dry. Compared to my personal gold standard of Merry Edwards, it is less viscous and sweet. About 92-93. Not the greatest QPR for a Sauvignon Blanc.
