Sunday, January 20, 2019 - Not sure what to make of this bottle. Not prematurely oxidised as the colour was a typically chablis pale yellow with a green tinge. Nonetheless the wine lacked tension and the aromatics were dull (some earthiness, nothing else). Is this only in a transition phase or is 2015 already heading downhill?
