Fairly open and ready after an hour or two. This was very tight and zippy upon opening, but really came around to show that trademark Tribut (Dauvissat) profile. Woolly, rice porridge, delicious citrus, oyster shell, and wet stones explode out of the glass. Drink now or over the next 5-6 years.

Fine boned, flinty, slate and quartz… the second phase of the palate is yeast, damp yeast mixed with some garden gnarl and faint Bret. How French… seemingly unfined. (Score is based on interest, not based on the winemakers intended execution)

Thought this was delicious, maybe a little fuller than an epitome of Chablis but nicely structured with a good lick of salinity and acidity. Clean and crisp with plenty of energy. Drinking well now.

Bottle was in perfect condition, and is made in a very classic chablis style. Right from start it showed minerality, chalk, wet rock, green appels, citrus and salt, and something similar to toasted oak (flint perhaps?). Medium body, medium acidity, svry long, high consentration, very well balanced. Just keeps evolving in the glass. It was great right from the bottle, but with an hour in a caraf it was incredible. And incredible wine from and incredible producer.

Not sure what to make of this bottle. Not prematurely oxidised as the colour was a typically chablis pale yellow with a green tinge. Nonetheless the wine lacked tension and the aromatics were dull (some earthiness, nothing else). Is this only in a transition phase or is 2015 already heading downhill?
I agree with the previous comments as this is not as "sharply chiseled" as one would expect or want but finishes with good lift. There's a certain Je ne Sais Quoi about this wine that keeps me coming back in every vintage. 89+2 for Je ne Sais Quoi = 91

This is nice, though much rounder with more minerality and a slight bitterness than the '14, which was more crisp and acidic. Needs some time in the cellar as compared to the 14. My point rating is probably more a matter of personal preference as I much prefer the high acid and linear style.

Gorgeous nose of wet stones, honeysuckle and orange blossom. The palate is rich and sappy. There are flavours of preserved lemons, iodine, white peach and spice. It has great cut and drive and is very long.

Barrelsample - Lime, pear, chalk, greene apples, salty minerals, butterish, hint peach and a very good mineralbackbone, very well structured and outstanding quality 92+p

Intense nose. Apple and a touch of minerals.
Smooth, medium body, acidic.
Long finish, pleasant, fruity with a touch of bitterness at the end
