Friday, January 25, 2019 - Rather classic Bouquet with lots of sottobosco, sour cherries, old leather, dried flowers and mushrooms. Medium to full-bodied with a little heat, but still very elegant, slightly sandy, soft tannin, fresh acidity and a whiff of soy sauce. It lacks a little complexity. Long aftertaste. Nicely matured and refined Nebbiolo. Should probably be drunk within the next 5 years. 91
